Shaping Young Leaders
with Purpose and Care
Leader Den Preschool was founded with a simple yet meaningful vision, to create a nurturing space where children grow with confidence, strong character, and a love for learning.
We believe early childhood is more than preparation for school. It is the foundation of identity, faith, curiosity, and leadership.
That is why our approach combines:
A Place to
Learn, Explore, and Shine
Leader Den began with a simple but powerful belief that early childhood education should nurture both the mind and the heart.
We saw a gap. Many children were taught to memorise, but not to think. To achieve, but not to build character. To perform, but not to understand their purpose. We wanted something different. Leader Den was founded to create a learning environment where children are nurtured in an Islamic way of life where adab comes before knowledge, and where values are lived daily through modelling and meaningful practice.
We believe childhood is not a race. It is a phase of growth, curiosity, and fitrah. Children are naturally wired to explore, question, and play. Research shows that play is not separate from learning — it is how young minds develop thinking, reasoning, and creativity.
Leaderden is not just preparing children for school. We are preparing future leaders, confident thinkers, compassionate individuals, and grounded Muslims who understand both knowledge and purpose. This is our journey. And we are just getting started.

Leader den Play Manifesto
Built on PRIME Values
At Leaderden, the children learn through play. We nurture future-ready Muslim leaders through purposeful, guided experiences. Our Montessori-inspired, Islamic preschool model is built on the PRIME pillars:
P – Practicality
We prepare children for real life. Through hands-on play and life skills activities, such as caring for the classroom, managing simple routines, or roleplaying real-world jobs. The children learn independence, responsibility, and problem-solving.
💡 Play becomes practice for the real world
R – Reasoning
We grow thinkers, not memorizers. Our learning encourages questioning, exploring, and reflecting. Through STEAM activities, construction play, and project-based tasks, children learn how to think critically, make connections, and solve challenges.
💬 We nurture what to think and how to think
I – Iman
Faith is our foundation. Every moment is an opportunity to build a loving relationship with Allah. From simple phrases of gratitude to storytelling inspired by the Prophets, Islamic values are naturally woven into play, conversations, and daily routines.
🕊️ We raise children who not only know Islam, but live it with heart
M – Morals
Character is central in every activity. We use play to model and reinforce akhlaq such as kindness, patience, sharing, and honesty. Children learn to regulate emotions, resolve conflict, and care for others in a nurturing environment.
❤️ Because good manners are better than good grades
E – Ethics
We foster integrity and awareness. Even in early years, children can understand fairness, responsibility, and making good choices. We create safe spaces for them to learn through guided consequences, reflection, and trust-building experiences.
🌱 They learn their actions matter to themselves, others, and Allah
